There have been a lot of anxiety amongst lakers fans for the past two days as a result of them being in limbo with regards to the health status of superstar Anthony Davis. Davis who went down with a thumb injury in a preseason game against the Brooklyn Nets on 12th October had an MRI to determine the seriousness of the injury.
In a recent tweet by Adrian Wojnarowski , the MRI came out clean. This means the injury is a mild grade one sprain and it won’t keep him out for a long time as people earlier predicted.
The lakers will likely rest him for the remainder of the preseason games in order to keep him fresh and ready for their match against the Los Angeles Clippers on opening night.
