GHPL GOAL KING RACE: ADEBAYOR OR YAHAYA MOHAMMED?

The 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season is taking shape and some players are already setting themselves apart in terms of goal scoring and general goal involvement.

Over the past 10 gameweeks the major talking points has been on the fierce contest at the top plus the cagey goal king race.

Veteran of the Ghana Premier League Yahaya Mohammed seem to be having another competitor in Inter Allies Skipper Victorien Adebayor ,who has played lesser games, but tied on goals with the former Asante Kotoko and Amidaus Professionals player.

It is ten goals each for these two players and already the conversation is centered around these two goal machines.

Adebayor bagged a brace against Berekum Chelsea on Saturday, meaning he has recorded 4 goals in three games.

Over the weekend , Yahaya Mohammed drew level with a brace in Aduana’s 5-2 defeat TO  Liberty.

Medeama sc striker  Prince Opoku Agyemang  and 16 year old Prince Kwabena Adu  of Bechem United are also tied on 7 goals each.
